Great place to stay

Second time here and still good ! Friendly staff. Now, where season is starting, breakfast is downstairs in the breakfast room (during previous visit outside the season it was served in the room). Good breakfast ! Very friendly staff Spacious, very clean and comfortable appartments.

It is not directly at tge beach, yet very close. So less view, but on the positive side, nice and quiet, no loud waves all night !

Simple Apart Hotel

This apart hotel is situated in, what used to be a gorgeous area, but now there's nothing but condos. There are no restaurants, bars or any entertainment nearby. There's only a supermarket. This a simple apart hotel. It's clean and the owners are VERY friendly and helpful. Raul and his daughter Victoria were very nice to us. Breakfast is very good also.

Wi - fi was weak. We had higher expectations probably because we hadn't been in Prai Brava for 20 years.

Perfect place. best in the area !!!

This was amazing. Perfectly clean apartment, very spacious, comfortable and clean. I stayed in one of the penthouse apartments. This was really perfect. Big living room, with couch and TV area, dining area with table and 6 chairs and a big kitchen. Two bedrooms ( 1 with double bed, 1 with 3 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. And then the outside terrace !! HUGE place complete with built in barbecue. 2 tables with 8 chairs outside. If you want to BBQ, just ask the big pinchos/spikes and/or the grill grid at the reception desk and they'll give you any you need. Breakfast is even better ! There is no breakfast room in the apart Hotel, but you can fill out a list which items you want for breakfast the evening before, also you can fill the time how late you want your breakfast. Exactly at the requested time they bring the (extensive) breakfast to your room. Simply perfect. We had 2 friends staying over 1 night unexpectly (after BBQ they spent the night). We had only orederd breakfast for 2 persons. In the morning when they brought our breakfast, we asked if we could have some more for our guests. The lady brought us, within 10 minutes, a complete breakfast for 2 persons extra. Perfect service ! I can only highly recommend this place. Best place I stayed in the Playa Brava area, better then all Hotels around.

Beautiful beach, very confortable hotel, clean and a very good staff.

Just the orange juice and the cakes on breakfast. Those itens should be more natural as there are a lot of Nature around the place and good natural products.

Um experiência que repetirei em breve!

Gostei de tudo, de verdade. Fomos muito bem tratados desde o início até o fim da estadia. Todos muito educados, atenciosos e nos deixando extremamente à vontade. Quarto de frente pro mar(por uma escolha do proprietário), roupas de cama/banheiros cheirosos, cozinha ótima com tudo à disposição - enfim, não poderia ser melhor.

De não ter ficado mais tempo! Rs

Apartamento amplo, confortável e equipado, com banheiros bons e limpos. O café da manhã foi servido no quarto, na medida certa, sem desperdício.

Como não tem telas nas janelas e na varanda, não deixei as crianças saírem muito.

Um excelente apart hotel em Florianópolis!

Trata-se de um apart hotel de ótima qualidade sob todos os aspectos: acomodações, limpeza, equipe, localização e café da manhã. Destaca-se a simpatia dos funcionários, desde a gerência a todos os demais. Superou as expectativas em absolutamente tudo! Altamente recomendável para quem deseja ótima hospedagem, preço justo e localização privilegiada.

Nada me desagradou. Não houve nenhuma decepção ou problema. As expectativas foram superadas em absolutamente tudo.

Utensílios de cozinha disponíveis para cozinhar no apartamento e churrasqueira. Ducha excelente, ar condicionado excelente. Café da manhã com frutas fresquinhas e pão novo. Cama confortável.

Arrumação diária não inclui lavagem dos pratose troca de toalhas diária. Mas se você pedir para trocar as toalhas eles trocam. A tv é no quarto. Então a sala perde um pouco a funcionalidade.

Estadia perfeita, voltarei com certeza.

Sr. Raul, Vitória e equipe são muito gentis e solícitos. Assim que chegamos (antes do horário do Check-in), nos ofereceram o café da manhã. Nos atenderam com extrema simpatia em tudo que precisamos. Inclusive nos deram mais tempo para checkout, assim pudemos aproveitar mais praia. Ficamos na cobertura (bem grande), dois dormitórios e uma sacada maravilhosa com churrasqueira, com vista linda para o mar. Sobre o local, praia linda, pertinho do hotel. E praias lindas para visitar de carro, gostamos muito da Praia da Daniela, ótima para crianças.

Apenas um detalhe mínimo, mas se for ajudar, o sofá da sala é muito desconfortável.

De nada. A Praia Brava está muito boa. Mas se vc vai para rodar pela ilha o trânsito atrapalha um pouco. O ideal é ficar lá mesmo que é muito reservado.
